Every Zoute Studio order is handled with care from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are processed continuously throughout the week including weekends where possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days
Express delivery (where available): 3 to 7 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to the EU, UK, and internationally. Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime at zoutestudio.com/pages/track-your-order or directly via 17track.net.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or cover these fees.

DELAYS

While we do everything to meet delivery estimates, Zoute Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@zoutestudio.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
