REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every piece we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Always contact us first at hello@zoutestudio.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Do not send any parcel to any address without receiving written instructions from us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zoutestudio.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
